You may name Mystic Valley Elder Services as a beneficiary in your will. You can make your bequest for a specific sum, a piece of property, or the residue of your estate.
Your first step, once you decide to leave a gift, is to contact your attorney to help draw up your will. Your attorney will need to know that our legal name is Mystic Valley Elder Services, Inc. We are a non-profit charitable organization. Our 501 (c) (3) status under the Internal Revenue Code provides a tax savings for you and your estate.
