Mystic Valley Elder Services is in Riverview Business Park, which is located at the corner of Commercial and Medford Streets. Our main entrance is door #19, facing Medford Street. See directions and map below.

Directions:

From the WEST:

1. 1. Take Route 90 East (towards Boston)
2. 2. Exit at Route 128 (I-95) North (towards Peabody/Gloucester)
3. 3. Exit at Route 93 South (towards Boston).
4. 4. Exit at Route 60 East - Medford/Malden. Go around the rotary and follow Route 60 East to Malden.
5. 5. After approximately 2.5 miles, you will go underneath an Orange Line MBTA station concrete overpass. Immediately after this overpass, turn right at light onto Commercial Street.
6. 6. Follow Commercial Street to the third traffic light and take a left onto Medford Street.
7. 7. Take a right at the first driveway into Riverview Business Park. Our main entrance is door #19, facing Medford Street.

From the NORTH:

(Note: If Route 93 is more convenient than Route 1, follow instructions above (From the WEST) starting at #3.)

1. 1. Take Route 1 South (towards Boston).
2. 2. Exit at Route 99 (towards Malden/Everett).
3. 3. Take a right onto Route 60 West (toward Medford).
4. 4. Follow Route 60 into Malden Center. Go past Stop&Shop on your left, the Malden City Parking Garage on your right.
5. 5. At the next traffic light, take a left onto Commercial Street.
6. 6. Follow Commercial Street to the third traffic light and take a left onto Medford Street. Make an immediate right into Riverview Business Park.
7. 7. Take a right at the first driveway into Riverview Business Park. Our main entrance is door #19, facing Medford Street.

From the SOUTH:

1. 1. Take Route 93 North (towards Lowell/Laurence).
2. 2. Follow instructions above (From the WEST) starting with #4.

From the EAST:

1. 1. Take Route 60 West (toward Malden/Medford).
2. 2. Follow instructions above (From the NORTH) starting with #4.

Public Transportation (MBTA Web site):

1. 1. Take the Orange Line to Malden Center.
2. 2. At the station take a #97 bus to the corner of Canal and Medford Street.
3. 3. Walk across the bridge to the office park on the left side of Medford Street.
