Check with your Human Resources Department at work. Many companies offer Employee Assistance Programs or Work/Life Programs to help employees balance work and life issues. Elder care referral services may be offered as a benefit.
Geriatric case managers are also a helpful option. These social workers or nurses specialize in assessing the needs of elderly people and matching them with services available.
