At Mystic Valley Elder Services we provide practical solutions to everyday living.  We work with older adults, families, caregivers and health care professionals to identify and access the many services and programs that allow elders to remain safe and independent in their homes.  We are a one-stop resource for elder care information, advice, services and solutions for anyone… regardless of age or income.   Many of the services we offer are available to elders and families in our service area at low or no cost.

Summary

The Per Diem Home delivered Meals Driver is responsible for the delivery of meals to homebound elderly clients and servers as a liaison between the Nutrition Program and his/her clients.

This is on an on-call basis.  

Qualifications

Ability to lift 35 pounds, relate to older people and keep accurate records; Must be punctual, honest and dependable and have a current Massachusetts driver’s license; private transportation suitable for delivery use and map reading ability.  Delivery experience preferred.
