Action Ambulance is Sponsor for MVES Fundraiser
Action Ambulance is a benefactor-level sponsor of Mystic Valley Elder Services’ (MVES) upcoming fundraiser, Sisters of Swing, The Andrews Sisters Story. The fundraiser is a benefit performance of the musical and all net proceeds will benefit MVES’ Gap Fund. “MVES is dedicated to helping elders live as independently as they can,” said Michael Woronka, co-owner of Action Ambulance. “We are pleased to support the Gap Fund and the extension of services this program will permit.” The Gap Fund is an endowment created by MVES that hopes to raise $1 million. The interest accrued by The Gap Fund is used to provide home care services to elders who are slightly above government income eligibility guidelines or who are not considered frail enough for government-supported services. To learn more about The Gap Fund or Sisters of Swing, The Andrews Sisters Story, please call MVES Director of Development Jenny Vanasse at 781-324-7705 ext. 175.
