Preotle, Lane, & Associates Ltd. (PLA), the master developer of River’s Edge in Medford, Malden, and Everett, has generously stepped forward as a benefactor level sponsor of Mystic Valley Elder Services’ (MVES) fundraiser, Sisters of Swing, The Andrews Sisters Story, to be held on April 12, 2008 at the Stoneham Theatre. The performance will support MVES’ Gap Fund.

“MVES’ work to assist elders in the community is noble,” said John Preotle, a partner at PLA. “We are delighted to contribute to a fund that increases the amount of services that MVES provides.”

The Gap Fund is an endowment created by MVES that hopes to raise $1 million. The interest accrued by The Gap Fund is used to provide home care services to elders who are slightly above government income eligibility guidelines or who are not considered frail enough for government-supported services. To learn more about The Gap Fund or Sisters of Swing, The Andrews Sisters Story, please call MVES Director of Development Jenny Vanasse at 781-324-7705 ext. 175.
