Elder Care Advice

If you are just starting the elder care planning process, Elder Care Advice is a great first step. Elder Care Advice is a free service that offers information, education, and advice to elders and their families residing in our service area. Whether your needs include home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or simply guidance and direction, Elder Care Advice can suggest alternatives appropriate for your unique situation.

After scheduling an appointment at your convenience, an Elder Care Advisor will visit your home or workplace to meet with you and any other family members. Elder Care Advisors are specially-trained professionals that provide information about a wide range of elder care topics including housing options, dementia care, health insurance, care planning, community resources, and more.

Help with navigation of the elder care network

Educate about community resources

Assist with planning for care

Provide connections to elder care providers, services, and programs

Mail a customized packet of information that contains educational and consumer materials related to your specific needs

Follow up via telephone to review materials and answer any additional questions
