Information & Resources - Care Options Consultants can answer questions, arrange services, make referrals, and provide information about community resources, housing options, and more.   This is a free service available to all ages.

Care Planning & Advice - From a one-time meeting to comprehensive care planning and management, we offer a variety of services to help families identify needs and develop and monitor care plans.   Details vary for each service.

Home Care Services - We can set up a number of different services that enable elders to remain independent in their own homes, including housekeeping, laundry, personal care, medication management, and more.   Details vary for each service.

Caregiver Support - Our Caregiver Support Services can minimize stress and maximize the quality of life for those responsible for the well being of an elder individual.   This is a free service available to qualified individuals.

State Home Care Program - This program offers In-Home Services, adult day care, group adult foster care, health services, and ongoing care management to qualified individuals.   Available to eligible individuals only, co-payment required.

Meals On Wheels - Home-delivered meals are available to homebound elders. We can provide a regular meal or a clinical diet meal for those with special dietary needs.   Available to individuals age 60+, donation requested.

Senior Dining Locations - Weekday meals are served at senior dining sites throughout our service area.   Available to individuals age 60+, donation requested.

Nutrition Services - Nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, and nutritional supplements, and more.    Details vary for each service.

Health Insurance Advice - SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders) offers unbiased information regarding health insurance options, including Medicare and Medicaid.    A free service available to individuals age 60+.

Money Management - This program assists elders whose independence is threatened due to an inability to pay bills or manage routine financial matters.    A free service available to individuals age 60+.

Protective Services - Specially trained case workers investigate reports of elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation and coordinate services necessary to alleviate the effects of abuse.    A free service available to individuals age 60+.
