Elder Care Advisors are specially-trained professionals that provide information about a wide range of elder care topics including housing options, dementia care, health insurance, care planning, community resources, and more.
During your in-home visit,
an Elder Care Advisor can:
- Answer questions & offer advice
- Help with navigation of the elder care network
- Educate about community resources
- Assist with planning for care

After your visit,
the Elder Care Advisor will:
- Mail a customized packet of information that contains educational and consumer materials related to your specific needs
- Provide connections to elder care service providers and community programs in your area
- Follow up via telephone to review materials and answer any additional questions
