We are all afraid in these uncertain times. But older adults and adults living with disabilities are especially afraid because they do not want to leave the only place they feel safe – their home. You can help make certain that they will continue to receive critical assistance such as food, personal care and medicine whatever their income or chronic healthcare needs.
Please donate to the Mystic Valley Elder Services COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Response Fund to help vulnerable older adults and adults living with disabilities in Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop.
Your generosity will provide the funds Mystic Valley Elder Services needs today to cover the costs of urgently needed, unbudgeted resources, including:
Meals: We’re experiencing a surge in demand for home-delivered meals and added costs of preparation and delivery.
Personal Protective Equipment, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
$25 grocery and pharmacy gift cards to assist low-income older adults and adults living with disabilities to have their essential needs met at grocery stores and pharmacies.
Thank you in advance for your generosity during this critical time!
Your donation to Mystic Valley Elder Services is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The 2020 Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security ACTS includes an additional above-the-line deduction for total charitable contributions up to $300 made in 2020.
