Mystic Valley Elder Services contracts with service providers (other organizations/companies) who work directly with our community members and program participants. The Executive Office of Elder Affairs determines the types of services that Mystic Valley Elder Services can offer. The Executive Office of Elder Affairs is responsible for approving agencies interested in providing Homemaker/Personal Care Services.
