Mystic Valley Elder Services is excited to announce that it has recently launched a new broad-based marketing outreach campaign highlighting the comprehensive care and integrated services offered to older adults, adults living with disabilities and caregivers. The campaign is set to strengthen brand awareness and increase consumer enrollment by illustrating Mystic Valley Elder Services’ approach to person-centered care that is focused on helping older adults stay healthy and independent by providing the essential services they need in the community setting. The campaign will also support Mystic Valley Elder Services’ 45th Anniversary that officially takes place this month. The campaign debuted this week with newspaper print ads and a direct mail piece that was sent to nearly 25,000 homeowners age 60+ in its 11 communities.

Mystic Valley Elder Services partnered with Leland Creative to develop the marketing campaign that would stand out and make an impact among older adults, adults living with disabilities, and families living in its 11 communities. As part of the campaign, Mystic Valley Elder Services is initiating a direct mailer, a series of print and Facebook advertisements, website pages, Google AdWords, social media posts, e-newsletter communication and media relations activities.

It is a fresh and bold approach to communicate Mystic Valley Elder Services’ services and quality care that is consumer-focused. The emphasis is on how Mystic Valley Elder Services keeps its consumers well and independent, and the unique system of care that addresses the needs of older adults living in the communities it serves. The campaign’s central message—“Contact us today to receive a free consultation and to find out what other services may benefit you to remain independent with dignity at home”— exemplifies a great deal about the brand of Mystic Valley Elder Services and what it has to offer to those who need services.

The campaign is directed to people 60 years of age and older in the 11 communities that Mystic Valley Elder Services serves and will be running over the next 3-6 months. The initiative is designed “to get the phones ringing,” increase enrollments and spread awareness of Mystic Valley Elder Services’ programs and services. These efforts help Mystic Valley Elder Services meet its mission!

In addition to the marketing campaign, Mystic Valley Elder Services will debut its new website in August. With an innovative redesign and updated content, the new site will be clean, modern and present information in fresh and easily accessible ways. With a fresher and more inviting look, Mystic Valley Elder Services puts the focus on the individuals we serve and their families/caregivers. Stay tuned for more information on the new website.
